Create a new Internet mail account
Enter your name
Enter your full email address
My incoming mailserver is a POP3 server
Incoming mailserver: mail.excell.net
Outgoing mailserver: mail.excell.net
Enter your account name (full email address, all lower case)
Enter your password (case sensitive)
Check box to remember password
Finish
Open Outlook Express

Mail
Highlight your email account
Properties
Servers
Check the box for my outgoing mailserver requires authentication

Enter your email account name and password

You are now setup to send and receive email
