Phone Number:  Choose local number from list
Numbers are listed at: http://excell.net/excellnet_national_dialup_access.html
User Name - enter full name assigned to you (case sensitive, includes @excell.net)
Password - enter password assigned to you (case sensitive)
Confirm password
Next
Add shortcut to desktop
Finish

Open Connection to Excell.Net
Click on Properties
Choose Networking
Highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
Click on Properties
Choose Obtain IP Address Automatically
Choose Obtain DNS Servers Automatically
OK
OK
Click Dial to connect to the Internet
